【摘要】 在中国2009年建国60周年盛大庆典之际,河北渔业发展也经历了从新中国成立至今漫长的60年岁月。一个甲子以来,河北渔业一直在认真贯彻党中央、国务院和省委、省政府的决策部署,不断深化渔业领域的革新与改革。河北省拥有海岸线全长487km,滩涂面积175万亩,20m等深以内的浅海面积696万亩,内陆大中小水库1071座,水库60万亩,池塘70万亩;还有丰富的地下咸水和冷、热水资源。这些相对丰富的水资源为渔业发展提供了坚实的基础。回顾建国初期至1978年前河北渔业发展经历的路程,本文着重介绍了以渔村古老传统的海洋渔业捕捞技术、渔具器材革新为主的渔业发展。自十一届三中全会以来,河北渔业坚持扩大对外开放,倾注科技投入,实行"以养为主,渔业捕捞、水产养殖及其加工并举"的主导方针,积极开发宜渔资源,大力扩宽增养殖渔业生产,使得河北渔业生产结构不断获得调整,优化了渔业生产结构,加强了增养殖型渔业生物资源与生态环境养护,渔业经济实现了可持续较快增长,为繁荣渔村和渔农业的经济建设,增加渔农收益,改善居民膳食结构,提高生活质量与促进渔区社会稳步发展做出了积极贡献。河北渔业呈现出自身特色,持续健康发展的良好态势已逐步形成。目前,河北水产养殖的渔业经济基础建设实力获得了显著扩大与增强,各种养殖水产品质量不断提高,产业结构与区域优势布局趋向更加合理,依法兴渔建设与新政策得到不断更新,执政为民政策更加宽松,使得广大渔农受益匪浅。特别是"十五"以来,河北省年均渔业产量增速已达9%以上,总体呈现良好发展势头。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a grand celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PRC in 2009,Hebei fisheries from the founding of New China have also experienced 60 years long time.Hebei Fisheries has been conscientiously.implemented the Party Central Committee and State Council and the provincial CPC committee and government decision-making arrangements,continued to deepen the field of innovation and reform the fishing industry.The province’s coastline has a total length of 487km,the beach area of 1750 thousand mu,20m deep shallow sea within an area of 6960 thousand mu,inland reservoirs Xinhua net 1071,the reservoir area of 600 thousand mu,70 million mu of ponds;and there are also a wealth of underground water and the cold and hot water.
