条斑星鲽人工繁育技术研究
Reproductive biology and breeding technology of Barfin flounder,Verasper moseri Jordan et Gilbert

【摘要】 对条斑星鲽(Verasper moseri)的室内养成、亲鱼培育、生殖调控、激素诱导、采卵受精、受精卵孵化、苗种培育等技术工艺做了较为详细的叙述。购自日本的条斑星鲽人工繁育苗种(平均全长83 mm,湿质量10~11 g)在水温10~21℃,盐度25~32条件下培育,使用人工配合饲料,3龄后达性成熟成为繁殖用亲鱼。经营养强化培育和水温、光周期控制等措施,条斑星鲽卵巢可发育至Ⅳ期,再经激素诱导达Ⅴ期进行人工采卵,可比较连续、规律的采集到卵子,采卵期可达70~80 d。2007年使用条斑星鲽雌鱼175尾,共采卵2 591×104枚,其中上浮卵1852×104枚,总受精率71.48%。使用干法受精获得受精卵,受精卵在培育水温9~11℃、盐度32~33条件下,历时144~156 h完成孵化。经实验,认为条斑星鲽受精卵孵化的最适温度、盐度范围分别为10~12℃,33~35。苗种培育条件:水温13~17℃,盐度前期33~35,后期28~30,前期不换水,15 d后逐步开始换水,至35 d日换水量增至100%,光强度50 d前500~800 lx,之后800~1200 lx,全过程pH 7.8~8.2,溶解氧≥6 mg/L,NH4+-N总量≤0.1 mg/L。饵料系列:轮虫、卤虫无节幼体、卤虫成体、人工配合饵料。2007年获得初孵仔鱼6.01×106尾,孵化率32.42%,培育商品苗种1.27×106尾(全长35~50 mm),总出苗率21.14%。
【Abstract】 Barfin flounder,Verasper moseri Jordan et Gilbert(マツカワin Japanese),are large flatfish inhabiting cold seawater basins in the northwest Pacific,especially Hokkaido of Japan.The species is suitable for aquaculture and resource enhancement due to its high commercial value and growth rate in low water temperature.In this paper,the technology of seedling and spawner culture condition indoor,reproduction of regulation-control,hormone implants inducement,ovulation and artificial fertilization, hatching and seedling rearing were described in detail.The barfin flounder seedling(average total length:83mm,wet weight:10-11 g)which was brought from Japan in December 2003, was grew up into sexual maturation and reproduction after 3-year culture in the conditions such as: water temperature range 10-21℃,light intensity 500-1200Ix,salinity 25-32,pH 7.6-8.2, DO≥5 mg/L,and reared the formulated feed.By reinforced culture of those well-chosen parent fish,an ideal ovulation result was obtained.The spawners’gonad developed to the IV stage by indoor culturing,nutrition enriching,water-temperature and photothermal control.The whole reproduction season could last for 70-80d.Used 175 barfin flounder spawners,2.591×107 eggs(floating eggs 1.852×107 thereunto)and 6.00×106 newly hatching juveniles were been obtained in 2007.The total fertilization rate and total hatching rate were 71.48%.Embryos were incubated in sea water(salinity 32-33)at 9-10℃.The larvae hatched out in about 144-156 h after fertilization.The optimum temperature range and salinity range for hatch were 10-12℃and 33-35,respectively.The condition for seedling rearing:①Hatching larvae:water temperature 13℃,salinity 33-35,no water exchange,light density 400-6001x.②35d larvae:17℃,salinity 28-30,water exchange rate per day 100%,light density 500~8001x.③juvenile and young fish stage:16-17℃,salinity 28 30,light density 800-12001x.In the total rearing period,several water environment conditions were such as:pH 7.8-8.2,DO≥6 mg/L,NH44+-N≤0.1 mg/L.The feeding scheme was Chlorella, rotifer,artemia salina,artemia,and artificial microdiet formulated feed.6.00×106 newly hatching larvae were obtained in 2007,and the hatch rate was 32.42%.1.27×106 seedling(total length 35-50 mm)were obtained,seedling rate was 21.14%.
