以贝壳粉为载体的固体碱生物柴油催化剂的制备

【摘要】 负载型固体碱催化剂具有无腐蚀、分离容易、对环境不产生污染、原料适应性广等优点,已成为制备生物柴油优选的绿色催化剂。本文论述以贝壳粉为载体的负载型固体碱催化剂制备原理、生产工艺、研究方法,分析了以贝壳粉为载体的负载型固体碱自身结构与油脂酯交换反应催化活性的关系,预测了以贝壳粉为载体的负载型固体碱催化剂在生物柴油制造业的应用前景。发现催化剂的碱强度对酯交换反应有着重要的影响。通过选择合适的载体-贝壳粉、固体碱负载量可以增加负载型碱催化剂的强碱性位,提高催化剂的反应活性。

【Abstract】 For the advantages of non-corrosion,easy separation,non-polluting environment, wide adaptability to different raw materials,supported solid base catalysts have been preferred as green catalysts in biodiesel production.The reaction mechanism,production technique, research methodology and structure characterizations of supported solid base catalysts in shell powder were reviewed in this paper.The relationship between the structure of supported solid base catalysts and their catalytic activities in tranesterification of oil was analyzed.The applications of supported solid base catalysts in biodiesel production were prospected.The results showed that the basicity of the catalysts greatly affected their activities.Properly selecting the carrier-shell powder,precursor and Supported solid base could increase the strong basic sites,and therefore increase their catalytic activity.
