军曹鱼仔鱼期摄食与生长的研究

【摘要】 以军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum)人工孵化所得的卵黄囊期仔鱼为材料,对仔鱼早期阶段的摄食及生长情况做了试验研究。结果表明:在水温28~32℃条件下,军曹鱼仔鱼3日龄开始摄食,6日龄时卵黄完全耗尽。6~7日龄饥饿仔鱼进入PNR期,混合营养期3~4天。饥饿仔鱼的初次摄食率开始较低,此后上升,到卵黄囊快要耗尽时达高峰(50%),以后又下降。在内营养期日平均增长率为0.86mm/d;在PNR前的摄食期,饥饿仔鱼的日平均增长率为0.068 mm/d;而摄食仔鱼的日平均生长率为0.64 mm/d;PNB后至死亡前,饥俄仔鱼呈负增长.而摄食仔鱼的日平均生长率达1.04mm/d。摄食仔鱼在孵化后8天内的全长(L)和日龄(d)的相关式为L(mm)=3.4327e0.1203d;前10天的口径随全长的变化相关式为y=0.1277x-0.2275;R2=0.9636

【Abstract】 The present article deals with the feeding and growth of larval Rachycentron canadum.The results showed that the larvae began to feed at the age of 3 days at 28~32℃.The yolk was absorbed completely at the age of 6 days.At the age of 6~7 days,the larvae,who did not feed from outside,enter the period of PNR.The initial feeding rate is lower,then slowly reachs the peak when the yolk is exhausted.After that,it decreases.The highest initial feeding rate is 50%.The growth rate of larvae before the period of feeding is 0.86mm/d.When they enter feeding period the unfed larvae almost stop growing.At the same time the feeding larvae’s growth rate decreases to 0.64mm/d.The relations of the feeding larvae between total length(L)and days of age within 8 days after hatching is L(mm)=3.4327e0.1203d;R2=0.9763. The relations of the feeding larvae between mouth gape(y)and total length(x)within 10 days after hatching is y=0.1277x-0.2275;R2=0.9636。
