【摘要】 本文应用溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白(outer membrane protein,OMP)注射凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei),测定其对凡纳滨对虾免疫指标的影响以及对凡纳滨对虾的免疫保护作用。注射OMP后,0.5mg/mL、1.0mg/mL和1.5mg/mL OMP等3个实验组的凝集效价均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但实验组之间差异不显著(P=0.01)。而血清溶菌活力在注射后急剧上升,在6h时达到最高,随后下降,到96h时基本恢复正常。0.5mg/mL和1.0mg/mL OMP组的抗菌活力在12h时达到最高值,且在12～72 h之间均明显高于对照组和1.5mg/mL组(P<0.05)。血清溶血活力在注射后3h达到最高值,在1～96h内,实验组的溶血活力维持较高水平,均高于对照组。0.5mg/mL、1.0mg/mL和1.5mg/mL OMP对凡纳滨对虾的免疫保护率分别为65.9%、75.6%和70.7%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of the outer membrane protein(OMP)purofied from Vibrio alginolyticus on immune indices of Penaeus vannamei injected intramuscularly with the OMP and the immune protection of the OMP to the shrimp were analyzed.After injected,the serum agglutination titers of 0.5mg/mL,1.0mg/mL and 1.5mg/mL OMP groups were obviously higher than those of the control groups(P<0.05),but the titers had no significantly difference among the three experimental groups(P=0.01).The bacteriolytic activities of the experimental groups rose quickly after injection of OMP,and maximized at 6h,but returned normally at 96h.The antibacterial activities of 0.5mg/mL and 1.0mg/mL OMP groups were up to highest at 12h post-injection,and were markedly higher than those of 1.5mg/mL OMP and control groups from 12h to 72h of post-injection.The hemolysin activities of the experimental groups maximized at 3h,and kept higher level and significantly higher than those of control groups from 1 to 96h.The RPS(Relative Percent of Survival)of 0.5mg/mL,1.0mg/mL and 1.5mg/mL on the shrimp infected intramuscuiarly with 10~7cfu/mL V. alginolyticus were 65.9%,75.6% and 70.7% respectively.更多还原
