【摘要】 采用血清学和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对注射、浸泡免疫中使用佐剂IMS1312对胡子鲶的血清蛋白的影响进行分析,在实验过程中,加佐剂组的血清球蛋白在4—8天内迅速达到高峰,对照组和全菌组变化平缓;在电泳图谱中,加佐剂的试验组条带增加明显,与血清学指标测定中球蛋白含量增加时间相吻合。实验显示虽然一定程度上能引起机体的应激反应,但在免疫过程中添加佐剂会大幅度提高疫苗的作用,并能够提高机体对与抗原的反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using serum reagent and polypropylene-amide erect-board electrophoresis(PAGE)etc,this paper presents an analysis of effects of using adjuvant IMS1312 for vaccination by immersion and injection on hematological values in walking catfish(Clarias batrachus).Among the experiment total protein and albumin of serum reduce slightly,and globulin rise in analyzing,peaked rapidly in 4-8d.There are four regions in the PAGE totally,and index found in the experiment reveals that the turn of effects of managing is adjuvant.Adjuvant was added into vaccine,which can raise the reaction ability of fish.In conclusion,the action of adjuvant immersion may be the best way vaccination for walking catfish.And although maybe induce body to stress reaction at a certain extant,adding adjuvant can promote the function of vaccine largely,and can accelerate the reaction of body to antigen.更多还原
