【摘要】 锁骨中段移位骨折治疗方法很多,以往主要以非手术治疗为主。传统观念认为移位的锁骨中段骨折保守治疗不愈合率低,锁骨畸形愈合对上肢功能影响不大。以往研究多基于医生评定及放射学测量而得出结论,忽视了肩部力量及耐受力与锁骨畸形愈合的关系,此观点因缺乏对患者精细的评估而存在争议;目前对锁骨中段骨折的治疗一直存在争议,本文综合国内外文献,对其治疗加以阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many ways in the treatment of midshaft clavicular fracture in the past and mainly based on non-surgical treatment.The traditional concept is that the non-union rate of conservative treatment of midshaft clavicular fracture is low and malunion little impacts the function of upper extremity.Previous research based on doctor evaluation and measurement of radiology and concluded that the neglect of shoulder strength and endurance and the relationship between the clavicular malunion.This point of view is lack of detailed assessment of the patient and there is adispute;Currently, the treatment of midshaft clavicular fracture has been controversial.The paper collects documents at home and abroad,disscuss the treatment of midshaft clavicular fracture.更多还原
