【摘要】 [目的]目的探讨改良AF在治疗胸腰椎骨折病椎植骨成形中的临床意义。[方法]传统AF组为A组,改良AF组为B组,比较两组的手术时间、出血量、病椎椎体恢复高度。[结果]A组手术时间为190±10.61 min,术中出血量为500±15.60 ml,椎体高度平均增加5±0.40 mm,B组手术时间为170±8.92 min,术中出血量为470±15.84 ml,椎体高度平均增加74±0.50 mm,两组比较有统计学意义。[结论]改良AF治疗胸腰椎骨折病椎植骨成形中手术时间短,出血少,利于病椎高度的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the outcomes of the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture by modified AF fixation with transpedicular bone grafting.[Method]We reviewed 45 patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Among them,31 patients were treated by standard AF system(Group A),14 patients were treated by modified AFsystem(Group B).The operation time and the amount of blood loss during operation and the degree of vertebral body height restored were measured and analysed.[Result] Operation time of Group A and Group B werel90 + 10.61m andl70±8.92 respectively(P<0.01);Blood loss was 500±15.60ml and 470±15.84ml for Group A and Group B respectively(P<0.01);As for the amount of body height restored,Group A were 5±0.40mm,Group B were 74 -6.50mm respectively(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Compared with standard AF system,modified AF system has the advantages of shortening operation time and decreasing blood loss and restoring body height.更多还原
