脂磷壁酸的提取纯化及抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 分别采用TX114和冷酚法提取A群链球菌中的脂磷壁酸(Lipoteichoic acid,LTA),并进行抑菌活性研究。紫外全波长扫描显示:阴离子交换层析分离TX114提取的LTA具有很好的纯度。试验表明:LTA有良好的抑菌活性,且采用TX114方法的提取效果高于冷酚法。

【Abstract】 Adopting TX114 and cold phenol methods extracted the LTA from group A streptococcus,and studied on antibacterial activity.All-wavelength ultraviolet scanning results showed that TX114 extraction of LTA purified by anion-exchange chromatography contains very little protein and Nucleic acid pollution.Test results showed that LTA has good anti-bacterial activity,and the effective 9of TX114 extracted LTA is higher than cold phenol extracted LTA.
