喷雾干燥法制备A群链球菌微胶囊

【摘要】 目的:采用喷雾干燥法制备A群链球菌微胶囊,以明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,以A群链球菌为芯材,将芯材与壁材按照1:12.5的比例进行喷雾干燥。结果:经SEM和显微镜测定表明:制备的A群链球菌微胶囊外形比较圆整。结论:喷雾干燥法制备A群链球菌微胶囊工艺稳定简单,既可以间歇生产也可连续操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using spray drying method prepared group A streptococcus micro-capsules,with Group A streptococcus as the core material and gelatin and gum Arabic as the wall at the ratio of 1:12.5 for spray-drying. Microscope and electron microscope scanning showed that embedded group A streptococcus microcapsules compared with a round shape as a whole.Conclusion:Technology of Spray Drying method for group A streptococcus micro-capsule is simple and stable,which is either intermittent production or continuous operation.更多还原
