含泡沫混凝土层复合结构抗爆性能试验研究

【摘要】 采用室内小型平板模型试验,利用平面药包爆炸直接加载,系统研究了爆炸作用下复合防护结构的抗爆性能和含泡沫混凝土吸能层结构中的泡沫层厚度、位置对抗爆性能的影响。结果表明采用含泡沫混凝土复合结构能大幅度提高抗爆性能;当泡沫混凝土层占结构总厚度的20%且外层混凝土与内层混凝土的厚度之比为7:3的情况下,复合结构的抗爆性能最优。

【Abstract】 Through the scaled simulation on the slab models,which assistant with the load of explosion of plane charge,the paper systemically analyzed the anti-blasting characteristics of the compound defensive structure;the thickness and location of the foam concrete energy-absorbing layer which affect the anti-blasting character.The experimental result indicated that it is significant to raise anti-blasting characteristics by adoption with the foam concrete energy-absorbing layer in the compound structure. There are also find that it can achieve the best result to anti-blasting when the foam concrete layer has the ratio 20% of total thickness in the structure and the ratio of the outside layer to the inner concrete layer to is 7/3.
