【摘要】 银杏种仁经破碎,提取缓冲液4℃浸取后离心得上清液。上清液经硫酸铵沉淀,DEAE-52离子交换层析,MonoQ离子交换层析,UltroGelACA-54凝胶过滤层析后,分离得到一种具有较好抗氧化活性的蛋白。该蛋白经UltroGelACA-54凝胶过滤层析测定分子量为60kD,经PAGE和SDS-PAGE鉴定均为单一蛋白质条带。SDS-PAGE测定其亚基分子量为8.7KD。该蛋白具有一定的还原能力,一定的清除超氧阴离子自由基能力和清除DPPH自由基能力,并在较高的温度下有良好的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of proteins of antioxidant activity was isolated from the seeds of Ginkgo biloba was using ammonium sulfate precipitation,ionexchange chromatography on DEAE-52,MonoQ, and then gel filtration on UltroGelACA-54.This protein gave a single band on PAGE and SDS-PAGE.The total molecular weight of this protein is 60KD.and the molecular weight is 8.7K.D.This protein had the capability of reducing power,superoxide anion radical scavenging, and free radical scavenging activity,and was stable in the temperature of 30℃-60℃.更多还原
