【摘要】 目的:评价前牙区延期即刻种植的技术特点及近期临床效果。方法:对66例患者前牙区患牙拔除4～6周后,植入Frialit-2及Xive两种种植系统共107颗种植体,4～6个月后行二期手术,暴露种植体,最终完成烤瓷牙冠修复。结果:术后无明显并发症发生,修复完成后观察6～48个月,种植体行使功能良好,无种植体丧失。结论:延期即刻种植的临床方法可行,近期临床效果满意,修复美学效果佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the Clinical treatment effects of delayed immediate implant in the esthetic zone.Methods:107 Frialit-2 or Xive implants were placed in the anterior region of mandible or maxilla of 66 patients on average 4～6 weeks following tooth extraction.The implants were exposed 4～6 months later and final porcelain restorations were made in another 1 month.Results: There were no evident complications happened after operation.All of the implants functioned well.No implant was defeated after 6 to 32 months follow-up.Conclusion:The result of delayed immediate implant is predictable.The advantage is good esthetics.更多还原
