【摘要】 目的:研究个性化基台的临床应用,探讨口腔种植修复的个性化方案及其临床效果。方法:采用由Procera?软件辅助设计和制作的个性化全瓷基台及钛基台修复种植病例共67例99枚基台。其中全瓷基台48例53枚;钛基台19例46枚。结果:99枚基台中95枚首次即成功修复,3枚全瓷基台发生底座和氧化镐连接松脱,1枚全瓷基台在控制扭矩时崩裂,经重新制作均最终完成修复。结论:个性化基台能取得较好的临床效果,但其制作工艺需要得到一定的改善,长期应用效果也有待于进一步追踪观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical application of the custom-made abutment and investigate the clinical effect of the individual solutions to implant prosthesis.Method:Totally 99 CAD(computer-aided design)/CAM(computer-aided manufacture)-produced Procera? abutments were used in 67 implant-supported prosthesis cases.Among them 53 abutments were custom-made all -ceramic abutments used in 48 cases.46 abutments were custom-made titanium abutments used in 19 cases.Result;Among 99 abutments, 95 abutments were successfully applied in implant prosthesis cases at first time.Partially Zirconia exfoliation on bases and superstructure occurred in 3 all-ceramic abutments,and another 1 abutment got fractured when installed the torque control,The failed cases were all gained success after being remade.Conclusion:The clinical application effect of the custom-made Procera? abutment is good,but improvement on its craft is still required.更多还原
