【摘要】 目的:对比种植手术中常用两种骨粉(天博和cerasorb)分别联合PRP对颌骨骨缺损再生的影响。方法:3只新西兰大白兔双侧下颌骨制备10mm*6mm*4mm的骨缺损,按A左cerasorb +PRP右天博+PRP B左天博右天博+PRP C左cerasorb右cerasorb+PRP将材料置入骨缺损,共18只,术后第一、三、五、七周进行荧光素皮下注射,每6只分别在第一、二、三个月后处死,进行大体标本,骨密度测量,组织切片观察结果:大体标本观察天博+PRP侧与cerasorb+PRP侧骨粉几乎吸收荧光带之间的距离无显著差异讨论:PRP对修复性骨再生有一定的促进作用,但是对于临床两种骨粉加入PRP后效果对比尚无定论。结论:天博+PRP与cerasorb+PRP对修复性骨再生的作用无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of reparative bone regeneration in jaw defect after two different bone powder(tianbo and cerasorb) added platelet - riehplasma(PRP),respectively,are put in the defect in implant opertation.Method:Two 10mm * 6mm * 4mm defects which were filled according to the following design(A left cerasorb + PRP right tianbo + PRP B left tianbo right tianbo + PRP C left cerasorb right cerasorb + PRP ) were drilled bialaterally in three New Zealand white rabbits’mandibular bone,eighteen in all.Flouorescein was given by the way of subcutaneous injection after the first、third and seventh week of operation,respectively.Each six were killed after one,two,three months.The specimens were observed by general specimens,X - ray and histological examination.Result:Bone power of tianbo + PRP and cereaorb + PRP were almost absorbed from the general specimens observation,and the distance between fluorescence bands has no significant differences.Discussion:PRP can advance the process of reparative bone regeneration, but comparison study about the effect of two different bone power added PRP filled in the bone defect isn’t reported .Conclusion:The effect of tianbo + PRP and cerasorb + PRP on the bone generation has no significant difference.更多还原
