【摘要】 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加复合酶和大蒜素等添加剂在断乳仔兔上的应用效果。选择35日龄断乳仔兔80只,随机分成4组,试验期为35d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%的兔用酶制剂、0.25%兔用复合酶、0.02%的大蒜素。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的日增重较对照组组分别提高了13.93%(P<0.01)、21.08%(P<0.01)、13.58%(P<0.01),采食量和耗料增重比与对照组相比均有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的腹泻率比对照组分别降低了57.23%(P<0.01)、74.59%(P<0.01)、86.39%(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的粗蛋白较对照组分别提高了3.44%(P<0.05)、7.28%(P<0.05)、2.86%(P<0.05),粗纤维分别提高了14.10%(P<0.05)、14.20%(P<0.05)、8.00%(P<0.05),粗脂肪的消化率也显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ的毛密极显著高于试验Ⅲ组和对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组与对照组呈显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,在日粮中添加三种外源添加剂在提高断乳仔兔的生产性能和养分的消化率及降低腹泻率方面均有较好效果。其中,0.25%兔用复合酶的效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study on the application of different Additive in Weaning rabbits.Eighty Rex Rabbits were selected and allotted into four groups at random.The control group were fed with basal diets,The testing group(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) was added 0.25%Rabbit Enzyme、0.25%Enzyme compound Preparation、0.02%Allitridum.,respectively.The results showed that the testing group(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) has increased 13.93%(P<0.01),21.08%(P<0.01),13.58%(P<0.01) compared with the control group in Daily gain of rabbits,respectively.Which has increased in Feed take and Feed conversion efficiency, while no significant difference(P>0.05).Diarrhoea rate of three testing groups has great significantly lowed 57.23%(P<0.01),74.59%(P<0.01),86.39%(P<0.01) compared with the control group.Feed crude protein digestibility of three testing group(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) has increased 3.44%(P<0.05),7.28%(P<0.05),2.86%(P<0.05),Feed digestibility of Crude fiber of which has improved 14.10%(P<0.05),14.20%(P<0.05),8.00%(P<0.05) compared with the control group.Feed digestibility of Crude fat has significant difference(P<0.05) compared with the control.Test(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) group has great significant difference treatments(P<0.01) on the density of hair of Rex Rabbit compared with TestⅢgroup and the control group.TestⅢgroup has significant difference treatments(P<0.05) compared with the control group.These results indicated that:Three different source additives have good effects on improving Performance,Nutritional digestibility,and lowing Diarrhoea rate of Weaning rabbits. 0.25%Enzyme compound Preparation group has best.更多还原
