【摘要】 随着新农村电气化的发展,农村电网的供电质量越来越受到人们的关注。根据新农村电气化电网的实际情况,制定了电能质量综合评估的指标体系,确定了指标量化方法和评判等级标准。在综合评估方法上,鉴于AHP法确定权重时人为主观因素的影响较大,提出了利用数据融合技术的D-S证据理论改进判断矩阵,最大程度上消除了主观因素对评估的影响,提高了评估结果的客观性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Together with the development of the new rural electrification,people paid more attention to the power quality of rural grid.Based on the Actual situation of the rural grid,this article has formulated the power quality evaluation index system,the target computational formulas and the judgment rank standards.Because there is too much subjective factor’s influence in determining the weight of index by using AHP,this article improved the judgment matrix by using D-S evidence theory—a data fusion technology,and eliminated the influence of the individual factor to the result of the evaluation in the greatest degree,enhanced the objectivity of the evaluation’s result.更多还原
