【摘要】 为了观察中草药对副猪嗜血杆菌的体外抑菌效果,本次试验从疑似副猪嗜血杆菌感染的病猪体内分离到了细菌,并进行了细菌形态学观察、培养特性、卫星现象试验、生化试验等鉴定,确定为副猪嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus parasuis,Hps)。之后进行药敏试验,将所选11种中草药按常规法制备水提取物浓缩,用圆纸片扩散试验(Kirby-Baueer Dise Diffuxion)检测中草药水提取物对副猪嗜血杆菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,黄连、栀子敏感,金银花中度敏感,当归、黄芩、黄柏、大黄没有抑菌作用,在此次试验中还发现某些中草药对副猪嗜血杆菌的抑菌作用具有一定的时效性。为筛选中草药治疗副猪嗜血杆菌病提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object antibacterial effects of 11 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on drug-- Haemophilus parasuis in vitro were observed.Haemophilus parasuis were isolated from swines which characterized by polyserositis and fibrinopumlent polyarthritis, based on morphologic characteristics,cultural characteristics and biochemical characteristics of Haemophilus parasuis,and it was used to identify the isolations.Method Water—decoction was abstracted from traditional chinese medicine with normal method,and antibacterial effects to Haemophilus parasuis were determined by the method of Kirby-Baueer Dise Diffuxion,The results showed that Haemophilus parasuis were sensitive to Rhizom Coptidis,Fructus Gardeniae and were mid-sensitive to Flos Lonicerae Japonicas,but were not sensitive to Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Scutellariae,Cprtex Phellodendri,R.officinale Baill.In that experiment also discovered that some Chinese medicines had certain effectiveness to Haemophilus parasuis which provided the basis on treating it.更多还原
