复合酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能的影响

【摘要】 将360只1日龄艾维茵肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.05%、0.1%和0.15%复合酶制剂,试验时间为42d,研究复合酶制剂的不同添加水平对肉鸡日增重、料重比、成活率的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的日增重分别提高5.96%、9.17%、4.30%,料重比分别降低7.08%、11.32%、4.25%,差异显著(P<0.05);成活率分别提高4.88%(P>0.05)、6.07%、6.07%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组肉鸡日增重分别比试验Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组提高3.03%、4.67%,料重比分别降低4.57%、7.39%,差异显著(P<0.05),成活率分别提高2.44%、0,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:各试验组鸡在日增重、饲料转化率、成活率方面显著优于对照组,以试验Ⅱ组效果最佳。

【Abstract】 Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,3 replicates in each group and 30 broilers for each replicate.The control group was fed basic diet.GroupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢas trial groups were fed the basal diet added 0.05%,0.10%,0.15% multi-enzyme preparations respectively during the phase of 42 days.The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of different level of multi-enzyme preparations on the average daily body weight gains,the ratio of feed to body.weight gains and the survival rate of the broilers.The results showed that:In the whole testing period,compared with the control group,average individual daily weight gain of groupsⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢincreased by 5.96%,9.17% and 4.30% respectively,the ratio of feed to body weight gains decreasing by 7.08%,11.32% and 4.25% respectively (P<0.05),the survival rate increasing by 4.88%(P>0.05),6.07% and 6.07%(P<0.05) respectively,compared with the groupⅠand groupⅢ,the average daily body weight gains of the groupⅡimproved by 3.03% and 4.67%,the ratio of feed to body weight gains descending by 4.57% and 7.39% (P<0.05).the survival rate improving by 2.44% and 0(P>0.05).Conclusion:the trial groups were significantly superior in the average individual daily weight gain,the feed efficiency and the survival rate to that of the control group.GroupⅡwas the best one.
