【摘要】 试验研究了皖南烟区的四种不同植烟土壤类型(河滩地沙壤土、冲积沙壤土、水稻黏性土壤、冲积粉沙土河滩地)在烟叶生长期内的微生物种类、数量变化情况。结果表明,在根际及非根际土壤中,四种类型的土壤中所含微生物种类都是以细菌、放线菌、真菌为主,占微生物总量的95%以上。在烟叶整个生育时期根际土壤中微生物总量大于非根际土壤。不同生态环境下,根际及非根际土壤中各类微生物数量及多样性指数各不相同。分析不同土壤条件下的烟草根际微生物种类、数量特征与不同植烟土壤及其养分的关系,多种微生物数量与土壤养分含量具有正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experiment was carried out in south of Anhui province to study soil mierobeeategories and relative numbers of four kinds soil system (bottom- land,alluvium,paddy clay andalluvon sandl) in tobacco life cycle.The main re- suits are as follows:no matter in rooted omon - rOOted soil,the bacteria,fungi and aetinomycetes are main categories which gross numbersare more than 95% in all soil microbe mounts.During the flue--cured tobacco life cycle,thenon--root- ed micrObe gross number was less than the rooted’ S,moreover the difference of each soilmicrobe number and variety index are much obvious.By analyzing the soil microbe of these foureategory soil.primary discussed the relationship be- tween soil nutrient contents and soil microbenumbers,the numbers of most kinds microbe have positive correlation with soil nutrient contents.更多还原
