钾肥运筹对烤烟叶片钾和香气成分含量影响研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验研究了钾肥运筹对烤后烟叶的钾含量和香气成分含量的影响以及钾含量与香气成分含量的关系。结果表明,施用钾肥提高了烤后烟叶的钾含量和香气成分含量。烤后烟叶钾含量、中性香气成分含量均随钾肥施用量的增加而增加,不饱和脂肪酸含量随钾肥施用量的增加而降低。不同钾肥用量各处理中以处理L4的钾含量和香气成分含量最高。施用K2SO4处理的钾含量和中性香气成分含量大于施用KNO3的处理,而非挥发性有机酸含量小于施用KNO3的处理。不同钾肥种类各处理中以KS3处理的钾含量和香气成分含量最低。烤后烟叶钾含量与中性香气成分含量呈显著正相关,与非挥发性有机酸含量达到了极显著正相关,说明提高烤后烟叶钾含量能够提高烟叶的香气成分含量。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were carried out to study the effect of potassium management on thecontents of potassium and aroma components of tobacco leav- es after curing,and the correlationbetween them.The results showed that the contents of potassium and aroma components of thecured leaves are increased by using potassium fertilizer.The contents of potassium and neutralaroma compo- nents increased with the increase of potassium application rate.And the contents ofunsaturated fatty acid decreased with the increase of potassium application rate.The contents ofpotassium and aroma constituents in L4 were the highest of different potassium application rates’ treatments.The contents of potassium and neutral aroma components were higher when usingK2S04 than KN03.Contrarily the contents of non - volatile organic acid were lower than the latter.The con- tents of potassium and aroma constituents in K3 were the lowest of different 13o- tassiumfertilizer treatments.The flue-cured tobacco leaves’ potassium contents were significantlycorrelated to the contents of neutral aroma components,and were highly correlated to the contentsOf non---volatile organic acid.So the con- tents of aroma components of flue-cured tobacco leavescould be increased after potassium contents were increased.
