大豆膳食对去势大鼠骨丢失的预防作用

【摘要】 目的研究大豆膳食对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的预防作用。方法将大鼠分为假手术组、雌激素组、去卵巢对照组、去卵巢大豆膳食组(低、中、高剂量)。实验10周后进行骨密度以及骨组织形态学测量。结果假手术组、雌激素对照组、中及高剂量组骨密度高于去卵巢对照组和低剂量组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组骨密度低于假手术组和雌激素组(P<0.05);与假手术组和雌激素对照组相比,去卵巢对照组和低、中、高剂量组骨小梁面积百分率降低、骨小梁数目减少、骨小梁间隔增宽(P<0.05);与中、高剂量组相比,去卵巢对照组和低剂量组骨小梁面积百分率降低、骨小梁数目减少、骨小梁间隔增宽(P<0.05)。结论大豆膳食具有预防去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preventive effects of soybean diet on bone loss of ovariectomized rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into six groups:sham operation group,estrogen group, ovariectomized group,low,middle and high-soybean diet group After 10 weeks’ study,rats were sacrificed. Bone mineral density(BMD) and histomorphology were measured.Results BMD were significantly higher in sham operation group,E group,middle and high-soybean diet groups than that in ovariectomized group and low-soybean diet group(P<0.05).BMD were significantly lower in middle and high-soybean diet groups than that in sham operation group and E groups(P<0.05).Compared with the sham operation group and estrogen group,trabecular area and trabecular number decreased in ovariectomized group,low,middle and high-soybean diet groups,and trabecular separation increased(P<0.05).Compared with the middle and high-soybean diet group,the ovariectomized group and low-soybean diet group decreased in trabecular area, trabecular number and increased in trabecular separation(P<0.05).Conclusion Soybean diet can prevent bone loss in ovariectomized rats.
