【摘要】 针对便携式γ谱仪能谱分析的功能需求,本文设计了一套用于能谱分析的软件,其中主要包括底层数学算法、能谱处理、核素识别、核素数据库和相关的人机交互界面设计。该软件以ARM9嵌入式系统作为硬件平台,以WinCE和微软.NET精简框架为软件平台.核素数据库使用SQL Server2005 Mobile版本建立,使用VS2005开发环境,可以完成以上一系列软件的开发工作。软件在硬件平台上经过测试,能够快速、正确地完成能谱分析的各项功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spectrum analysis software was designed for hand-held gamma spectrometer,which included mathematical algorithm,spectrum processing,nuclide identification,nuclide library and human-machine interfaced design.The hardware platform of the software is based on ARM9 embedded operation,and software platform is based on WinCE and NET compact framework.We constructed the nuclide library using SQL Server 2005 Mobile Edition.The software is developed under Visual Studio 2005 integrated design environment.We tested the software in the hardware platform,and the spectrum analysis functions were achieved correctly and rapidly.更多还原
