【摘要】 目的通过回顾性分析,了解本院微生物学实验室历年参加室间质评的调查结果,同时可验证评估本院微生物学检验整体业务水平。方法对1989年-2007年参加的微生物室间质评调查结果进行总结、分析。结果有记载室间质评菌株共232株所有回报结果正确率为94.4%;各菌属细菌正确率分别为肠杆菌科98.1%、葡萄球菌95.5%、非发酵科菌86.4%、弧菌科85.7%、念株菌84.2%。快速生长分枝杆菌0.00%;其它菌100%;药敏试验正确率91.0%。结论通过分析总结本室历年的临床微生物室间质评调查结果,我院微生物实验室在弧菌科、分枝杆菌、念株菌、非发酵科菌分离鉴定中存在一定不足。肠杆菌科、葡萄球菌、肠球菌是临床常见菌,分离鉴定符合率较高。药敏试验符合率欠佳。通过参加的微生物室间质评调查对我院微生物实验室起到了标准化、规范化的作用,并提高了微生物室工作人员对细菌的识别、鉴定及药敏试验的检测能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Results of microbiology External Quality Assessment and the ability of microbiological analysis through retrospective analysis.Methods summary and nalysis the result of microbial External Quality Assessment from 1989 to 2007.Results The accuracy rate was 94.4%from 232 BACTERIA STRAINS External Quality Assessment record.Accuracy ratio of Enterobacteriaceae was 98.1%,Staphylococcus was 95.5%, Non-fermentative bacteria was 86.4%,Vibrio was 85.7%,Monilia was 84.2%,fast-growing mycobacterium was 0.00%,others was 100%.The accuracy rate of Drug Sensitivity Test was 91.0%.Conclusion we can find it was sufficiency by detection vibrionaceae,mycobacterium, Monilia and Non-fermentative bacteria.The rate was higher by isolation identification Enterobacteriaceae,Staphylococcus,enterococcus that they are commonly encountered in the clinic.The accordance rate of drug sensitivity test wasn’t good.We become standardization and normalization by taking part in bacteria external quality assessment,it also improved our detection ability.更多还原
