【摘要】 发动机机油泵主动轴是影响机油泵工作的主要零件,也是中小批量生产的一种典型零件。为了提高机油泵主动轴的质量检验和质量控制的效率,设计了一个轴径通用检测装置。在该装置之中,千分尺支座运用了创新的圆弧旋转式机构,提高了装置的通用性。该装置可以作为轴径检测的通用装置,同时也可以把它作为自动数据采集在线质量控制系统中的一个部分。该装置的设计对提高工作效率保证产品质量将具有非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The oil pump is the key part of an engine,and it is also a typical part of middle-batch production.In order to improve the efficiency of the quality test and control of the head shaft of oil pump,we designed a general measurement apparatus for measuring the diameter of the head shaft.In this apparatus,a creative rotated circular device is applied to improve the generalization.This apparatus can be used as a general measurement apparatus for measuring the diameter,at the same time,it can be used as one part of the on line quality control system equipped with automatic data acquisition device.The design of this apparatus is very important for improving the efficiency and product quality.更多还原
