【摘要】 质量控制是OA研究领域中一个倍受关注的热点问题。本文分别对OA期刊和OA仓储的质量控制作了介绍和分析。认为目前两种OA模式基于质量控制而产生的优劣互补,是共同发展的合理选择。

【Abstract】 To study the quality control in the field of Open Access, which attracts much attention in recent years, this essay gives an analysis and description on how to control the quality of Open Access journals and Open Access repositories respectively. It can be concluded that the advantages and disadvantages on the quality control of the present two modes of OA are complementary to each other, and it is reasonable to develop the two modes together.
