【Abstract】 Specialty teachers in universities play a leading role in teaching and scientific research.In addition, they have the advantage in the ideological and political education to the students.The author argues that we should bring specialty teachers into full play by means of classroom teaching,cultural activities on campus,psychological consultation,special subject educated and so on.Meanwhile,they can change"only tradition political work politicize"inclination,make the ideological and political work content vivid but cogent,form teaching, scientific research and aspect responsible for condominium of ideological and political education neat and tidy.更多还原
