三元疏水缔合共聚物的合成及其性能研究

【摘要】 采用自由基胶束聚合法成功制备了丙烯酰胺(AM)/甲基丙烯酸十八酯(SMA)/2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)三元疏水缔合共聚物(HA-PAM)。考察了引发温度、单体浓度、表面活性剂含量、疏水单体含量、单体配比以及引发剂浓度对共聚物表观粘度的影响,利用FTIR光谱对共聚物结构进行表征,用RF-5301型荧光分光光度仪研究证实了共聚物在水溶液中的缔合行为。同时采用Brukerfiled流变仪对所合成的疏水缔合共聚物水溶液的流变行为进行了研究。

【Abstract】 Hydrophobically associating poly(AM/AMPS/SMA)were prepared by free radical micellar copolymerization.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FTIR,the influences of several factors on apparent viscosity were studied,such as initiation temperature,amount of initator,monomer concentration,hydrophobic monomer concentration,surfactant con centration,monomer proportion. The hydrophobic associative behavior of copolymer was studied by the fluorescence probe technique and meanwhile,the rheological properties of copolymer aqueous solution were also investigated.
