单重及厚度对不锈钢纤维毡多孔性能的影响

【摘要】 不锈钢纤维毡具有强度大、塑性好、容尘量大、过滤精度高,孔隙度与孔径可控范围宽等优良特性。涉及两种丝径的不锈钢纤维毡,主要研究单重和厚度对纤维毡多孔性能的影响规律,发现同一丝径、同一厚度的毡,随着纤维毡单重的增加,最大孔径dmax及毡的空气透过系数K气值变小,而且丝径越粗,最大孔径dmax及空气透过系数K气值随着纤维毡单重的增加减小幅度越大。同一丝径、同一单重的不锈钢纤维毡,随着纤维毡厚度的增加,最大孔径dmax及空气透过系数K气均增大,且丝径越粗,单重越小,其增加的幅度越大;丝径越细、单重越大,随厚度增加,最大孔径dmax及空气透过系数K气增加趋势减缓。单一丝径不锈钢纤维毡的最大孔径dmax及空气透过系数K气值可以同步增加或减少。因此通过调节纤维的丝径、纤维毡的单重及厚度可达到控制不锈钢纤维毡过滤性能的目的。

【Abstract】 Stainless steel fiber felt possess many excellent characteristics, such as great intensity, good plastic, high dust capacity, high filtering precision, wide controllable range of porosity and pore size, and so on. In this paper, two kinds of wire diameter of stainless steel fiber felt were studied. The paper main study the effects of surface density and thickness on porous properties of stainless steel fiber felt. The results are as follows: with the increased of the surface density of fibrous felt, the dmax and Kair of the felt is decrease, which had the same wire diameter and thickness. And, the more the thickness of the wire diameter, the more the decrease extent of fibrous felt surface density with the increasing of dmax and Kair. With the increased of the thickness of fibrous felt, the dmax and K of the felt are all increased, which had the same wire diameter and surface density. And, the more the thick of the wire diameter, the less the surface density is, the more the increase extent is. The less the thickness of wire diameter, the more the surface density is, with the increasing of thickness, the increase extent of dmax and Kair are decreased. The filtrate performance of stainless steel fiber felt was controlled by measured of wire diameter of fiber and surface density and thickness of fiber felt. The dmax and Kair of stainless steel fiber felt with singleness wire diameter can increase or decrease in-phase.
