碳包裹纳米铁钴合金粒子的制备及其磁性

【摘要】 通过500℃热解载有铁、钴的PAA前驱体(Fe-Co/PAA)获得了碳包裹铁钴合金纳米粒子。采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜等对热解产物的形貌和结构进行了分析表征,并用振动样品磁强计研究了热解产物的磁性能。结果表明,Fe-Co/PAA的热稳定性要强于PAA;铁钴合金纳米粒子尺寸在20~40nm,为体心立方结构,而且其点阵常数随合金颗粒中铁含量的增加而增大。热解产物的矫顽力Hc大于相应的块体材料,比饱和磁化强度Ms小于相应的块体材料,而且还与粒子的合金成分有关。
【Abstract】 Carbon-coateded fcc iron-cobalt alloy nano-particles were prepared by pyrolysis of Fe-Co/PAA at 500℃. The structure and morphologies of the pyrolyzates were investigated by XRD, TEM and the magnetic property was studied by VSM as well. Results showed that the thermal stability of Fe-Co/PAA was better than that of pure PAA. The size of iron- cobalt alloy nano-particles were in 20-40nm and the lattice constant of the nano alloy particle increases when increasing the content of Fe. Magnetic tests showed the coercivity(Hc) of the pyrolyzates at room temperature were much higher than that of the corresponding bulk material, but the saturation magnetization(Ms) of all the pyrolyzates were lower than that of bulk material. Moreover magnetism of carbon-coated nano iron- cobalt alloy particles was influenced by the constituent of alloy particles.
