介孔钴铁氧体的合成及表征
Hard-template synthesis and characterization of mesoporous CoFe2O4

【摘要】 以SBA-15和KIT-6为模板剂,不添加任何络合剂,采用简单的硝酸盐热解法制备出2D和3D介孔CoFe2O4。XRD、XPS、TEM、N2-吸脱附实验、VSM等结果表明产物具有大的比表面积、高结晶度、良好的结构有序性和软磁特性。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous CoFe2O4 were successfully prepared based on the theory of the Hard-template strategy, using two kinds of mesoporous silica, SBA-15 and KIT-6, respectively. The synthesis is characterized by pyrolyzing hybrid metal nitrates in the pores of the silica templates, in this case, without adding any complexing agents or a rather high calcination temperature that needed for the formation of CoFe2O4 phase. Characterization results of the N2 adsorption-disadsorption experiment, XRD, TEM, VSM etc. revealed that the product displayed large specific surface area, well crystallinity, relative ordered structure and fine soft magnetism.
