导电云母粉/丙烯酸酯复合光聚合动力学及涂层性能研究

【摘要】 采用无机导电云母粉作为添加剂制备紫外光固化抗静电涂层,通过丙烯酸酯低聚物、单体和导电云母粉的优化,得到了具有较好抗静电性能的紫外光固化抗静电涂层。并利用Real-timeFTIR对涂料光聚合动力学以及利用高阻计、UV-vis分光光度计对涂层的表面电阻和光学性能进行表征和检测。结果表明,涂料光聚合反应速度随着光照时间的增加先加快后减慢,反应存在一定的诱导期;随着导电云母粉含量增加,涂层导电性和紫外光吸收提高,而光聚合反应转化率和可见光透过率下降;逾渗阈值约为8%(质量分数,以下同),聚合反应最终转化率在80%~90%之间。当导电云母粉含量为12%时,涂层表面电阻低至106Ω,可见光透过率高于60%,吸水率为3.1%,铅笔硬度为4H,附着力为2级,并表现出优异的耐酸碱性能。

【Abstract】 A UV-curable antistatic coating was prepared by inorganic conductive mica as additive and optimizing acrylate oligomers, monomers and conductive mica. The kinetics of photoinitiated polymerization was characterized by real-time infrared spectroscopy, and the surface conductivity and optical properties of the coatings were investigated by high resistance instrument and ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometer. The result shows that photopolymerization rate of the coating speeds up at first and then slows down. While the conductivity and UV absorbance of the coating increase with increasing conductive mica content , the conversion of photopolymerization and visible light transmittance of the coating decrease .It was found that percolation threshold is about 8wt% and the final conversion of polymerization is about 80-90 percent. When the conductive mica content is 12wt%, the coating surface resistance is as low as 106Ω, visible light transmittance is above 60%, water absorption rate is 3.1%, pencil hardness is 4H, adhesion force is 2, and it demonstrates excellent the acid and alkali resistance.
