一种在室温条件下甲醇快速燃烧的催化剂

【摘要】 Pt纳米粒子是甲醇低温燃烧的最好催化剂。以Na2 Pt(OH)6为起始原料,用还原剂还原Pt离子的简单方法,得到高活性的Pt纳米粒子。将合成的Pt纳米粒子附载到一种纤维状的载体上,经过一定的活化处理,得到了室温条件下可以催化燃烧甲醇液体和甲醇气体的催化剂。合成方法简单,制备的效率高,成本较低。
【Abstract】 Nano Pt particles are proved to be the best catalyst for methanol combustion. In this paper, nano Pt particles were prepared by reduction of Na2Pt(OH)6 with organic reductants, and the synthesized Pt particles were loaded on inorganic oxide wool. Spontaneous ignition and self-supporting combustion of methanol on the activated wool were observed at room temperature. This simple method has low cost with high yield.
