聚碳酸亚丙酯-聚乙二醇复合材料的性能

【摘要】 通过溶液共混法实现聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)与聚乙二醇(PEG)的共混改性,提高PPC的热性能、亲水性和降解性能。通过1H-NMR、FTIR、XRD研究了共混物的相容性。表明聚合物之间没有发生化学反应,两者之间为简单的物理共混,相容性较好。共混物热性能的测试结果表明,共混物的玻璃化转变温度(Td50%)和热分解温度(Td50%)最高分别达到60和342℃,比纯PPC提高了38和107℃。共混物的亲水性随着PEG组分的增加得到了增强,比PPC提高23~45倍,共混物溶液降解性能最多比PPC提高10倍,PEG的加入使得PPC生物降解性能加倍提高。

【Abstract】 Blending modification of poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) was finished by solution co-blending.The thermal performance,hydrophilicity and degradation of PPC were raised.The compatibility of blends was studied by means of 1H-NMR,FITR and XRD.The results showed that no chemi- cal reaction had occurred,and the blending effect proved to be good.The thermal performance of blends indica- ted that the glass transition temperature(Tg)and Td50% were 40℃and 107℃higher than that of PPC respective- ly.The water absorption rate of blends was 23-45 times higher than PPC.The degradation of blends in solution was 10 times of that of PPC.The biodegradation of PPC was doubled with PEG addition.
