气液深度分离过滤元件的应用研究

【摘要】 天然气组份中均不同程度含有凝析油。为降低凝析油对生产造成的影响,需对天然气中饱和状态和不饱和状态的液态烃进行深度分离,以降低烃露点,达到生产计量和外输气质要求。在现有工况(系统运行压力5.0MPa左右)条件下,针对西北有色金属研究院研制的分离过滤元件(新型滤芯)进行现场试验及效果分析,发现新型滤芯在技术性能指标方面满足设计要求,达到天然气脱油、脱水的目的,新型滤芯在分离效果方面优于进口滤芯。
【Abstract】 Because condensation oil and water existed in natural gas,which will result in much trouble in industri- al applications,it is necessary to remove them by depth filteration for saturated or unsaturated liquid hydrocar- bon in order to reduce the dew point in it.A new cartridges made by NIN was tested at worksite(operating pres- sure is about 0.5MPa) for separating water and oil in hydrocarbon.It was found out the new cartridges can meet the specification for dewatering and removing oil,and the efficiency of separation for this kind of cartridge is higher than for imports.
