调制周期对ZrB2/BN纳米多层膜结构和性能的影响
Influence of modulation periods on the structure and mechanical properties of nanoscale ZrB2/BN multilayered coatings

【摘要】 利用高真空离子束溅射沉积系统在室温下制备了ZrB2、BN和一系列ZrB2/BN纳米多层膜,利用XRD、接触角测定仪、表面轮廓仪以及纳米力学测试系统等仪器分析了调制周期对薄膜的晶体结构和机械性能的影响。结果表明:多层膜具有周期性良好的调制结构,大部分多层膜的纳米硬度与弹性模量值都高于两种个体材料硬度的平均值,当调制周期为7.3nm时,多层膜硬度达到最高值(约27GPa)。该薄膜同时具有较好的疏水性,高的模量,低的表面粗糙度和摩擦系数。
【Abstract】 ZrB2/BN nanometer multilayered coatings were synthesized by ultra-high vacuum ion beam sputtering. XRD,static contact angle,profiler and Nano indenter were employed to investigate the influence of modulation periods on microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings.The results showed that all multilayered coatings had a well-defined composition modulation and layer structure.Most of ZrB2/BN coatings revealed higher hardness than the mixture value of monolithic ZrB2 and BN coatings.AtΛ=7.3nm,the hardness and elastic modulus of ZrB2/BN coating was up to the maximum.It also possessed better hydrophobic,the lowest surface roughness and friction coefficient.
