TiO2纳米棒的制备及光电化学研究

【摘要】 采用水热法制备了二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米棒,并对产物采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段进行了表征。XRD显示了TiO2纳米棒为混晶结构,SEM观察到TiO2纳米棒直径在50~100nm,长度可达几微米。制备了TiO2纳米棒结构膜电极(ITO/ TiO2),研究了TiO2纳米棒的光电化学性能,表明TiO2纳米棒结构膜电极的光电转换效率最高达2.7%。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanorods were prepared with hydrothermal method.By controlling reaction temperature and time,TiO2 nanorods could be obtained.TiO2 nanorods were characterized with XRD,SEM.XRD showed that the TiO2 nanorods for the mixed crystal structure.The results of SEM indicated that TiO2 nanorods were 50- 100nm in diameter and several micrometers in length.The photoelectrochemical properties of TiO2 nanorods were studied.The maximum IPCE reached 2.7% in this paper.
