某雷达跟踪支座焊接与加工工艺控制

【摘要】 本文通过对大型铝合金铸件在焊接工艺过程中的形变及内应力变化分析,探讨了焊接热处理工艺过程中保证构件强度,消除残余应力的工艺方法。
【Abstract】 By analyzing deformation and inner stress of a large-scale aluminum alloy casting in welding process, a process for ensuring strength of the structure and eliminating residual stress in welding heat treatment process is discussed.
