波束波导系统中反射镜精密调整机构的设计与分析

【摘要】 本文设计了一种新型的反射镜调整机构——6-SRS(S代表球铰链,R代表螺旋副)机构,可以满足反射镜的6自由度调整精度要求,并且结构简单,调整便捷。文章分析了机构自由度,并进一步研究了影响机构调整范围的因素。对机构的奇异性作了简单分析。

【Abstract】 In this paper ,a new adjustment mechanism named 6-SRS mechanism is designed ,which is effective for the accuracy of installation.It is easy to oprate because structure is simple. Degree of freedom is analysed about this mechanism. Some factors which affect adjusting range are studied.Issingularity is analysed.
