退化红壤区不同重建模式森林土壤氮素矿化过程及其有效性

【摘要】 采用PVC顶盖埋管法,在江西省泰和县退化红壤区开展不同模式重建森林土壤N素有效性及矿化特征的研究,结果表明:(1)不同模式重建森林土壤有效N差异极显著(P<0.001),其中NH+4-N:无林荒草地=阔叶林=针阔混交林>针叶林;硝态N:针阔混交林>阔叶林>钊叶林=无林荒草地;矿质N:针阔混交林>阔叶林>无林荒草地>针叶林。(2)在所有重建模式中NH+4-N是有效N的主体部分,氨化过程更强烈。(3)不同重建模式森林土壤氨化速率差异不显著(P=0.354),而硝化速率和矿化速率均为极显著(P<0.001),硝化速率、矿化速率均表现为阔叶林≥针叶林≥针阔混交林=无林荒草地。综合分析林地土壤理化特性、N有效性和矿化特征,表明阔叶林是比较好的植被重建模式,湿地松、枫香、樟树×湿地松是在各自的重建模式中可作优先选择的树种。深入开展生态系统N平衡的研究有利于更好地评价重建森林的功能。

【Abstract】 In this study,soil nitrogen availability and its mineralization process were examined by the methods of in situ closed-top PVC tube incubation under the different rehabilitating forest in degraded red soil in Taihe county,Jiangxi province.Results indicated:(1) the available nitrogen was significantly affected by the different rehabilitating forest (P<0.001),NH4+-N in this forests were ranked:grassland=broadleaf forest=mixed conifer and broadleaf forest>coniferous forest;NO3--N were mixed conifer and broadleaf forest>broadleaf forest>coniferous forest=grassland;mineral N were mixed conifer and broadleaf forest>broadleaf forest>grassland>coniferous forest.(2)NH4+-N was the main form of available nitrogen in all rehabilitating forest,ammonification process was stronger.(3) The effect on ammonification rate was no significant (P=0.354),But both of the rates of nitrification and net mineralization were significantly,the rates of nitrification and net mineralization were ranked:broadleaf forest≥coniferous forest≥mixed conifer and broadleaf forest=grassland. Basic on the corresponding results,we concluded that broadleaf forest was selective rehabilitating forest pattern in the study area,Pinus elliottii ,Liquidambar fomosana ,Cinnamomum camphora X Pinus etliottii may assume the prefered selection varieties of trees in their rehabilitating forest patterns. To comprehensively assess the ecosystem functions in the study area,the knowledge of N balance in rehabilitating forest is necessary.
