海洋红酵母、光合细菌、黄腐酸在海参育苗和养成中的应用效果

【摘要】 用二氧化氯日投量1g/m~3水体(含量≥8%)两天处理一次水质,海洋胶红酵母日投量1ml/m~3水体(浓度为100×10~8cfu/ml)、光合细菌日投量1ml/m~3水体(浓度为200×10~8cfu/ml)、生化黄腐酸日投量5g/m~3水体(含量≥8%),在海参育苗中应用。结果表明,与当地习惯用恩诺沙星日投量1g/m~3水体、EDTA螯合剂日投量2g/m~3水体两天处理一次水质及常规投饵的方式进行比较,海参幼体烂边病发病率从40.0%降低到15.0%,烂胃病发病率从45.0%降低到15.0%。在海参养殖中应用海洋胶红酵母、光合细菌(球形红假单胞菌),可提高成参产量14.3%~16.4%。海洋胶红酵母、光合细菌和生化黄腐酸在海参育苗和养成中应用具有广阔前景。

【Abstract】 Treat the water with Chlorine dioxide in 1 g/m~3 one day for every two days(the concentration of Chlorine Dioxide higher than 8%),rhodotorula mucilaginosa(100×10~8 cfu/ml)in 1 ml/m~3 for every day,rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides (200×10~8 cfu/ml)in 1 ml/m~3 for every day and biochemical fulvic acid in 5 g/m~3 for every day(concentration higher than 8%).The effects of those agents on the seedling and breeding of sea cucumber have been evaluated.The results showed that the new method could decrease the incidence of boundary ulcer disease of sea cucumber larvae from 46.7% to 13.3%,stomach ulcer disease from 53.3%to 16.6%comparing with the customary water treating method with enrofloxacin in 1 g/m~3 for every day,EDTA in 1 g/m~3 one day for every two days,and conventional feeding regimes.The application of rhodotorula mucilaginosa and rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides gave a yield increase of 14.3%to 16.4%.So the application of rhodotorula mucilaginosa,photosynthetic bacteria,and biochemical fulvic acid has broad prospects in the sea cucumber seedling and breeding.
