【摘要】 法律责任及其追究是法的国家强制性的基本表现,也是各项法律制度得以有效贯彻执行的根本保障。环境行政法律责任在社会生活中不能得到有效实现,是我国环境违法行为高发的重要原因之一。文章阐释了环境行政法律责任实现的基本原理,分析评估了我国环境行政法律责任实现问题的现状及其成因,并富有针对性地提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The legal responsibility and it’s investigation are the main action of law’s national mandatory, in additional, they have effectively secured the implementation of all kinds legal system. One of the important reasons, a high incidence of environmental violations in our country, is legal responsibility of environmental administrative law in real life can not be effectively realized. This article explained the basic principles, analyzed the problems of the legal responsibility implementation in environmental administrative law and offered specific suggestions.更多还原
