新型含胺三嗪的合成及其摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 本文合成了3种胺基三嗪衍生物,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上研究了它们作为菜籽油添加剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明,该类化合物具有良好的极压抗磨性能,是一类性能优良的菜籽油添加剂。用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了钢球磨损表面典型元素的化学状态,结果表明,在摩擦过程中,添加剂与金属表面发生摩擦化学反应,形成由FeSO4、Fe2(SO4)3、FeS等无机硫化物和含氮化合物组成的复合边界润滑膜是其拥有优良摩擦学性能的原因。
【Abstract】 Three amido-containing triazine derivatives were synthesized and their tribological behaviors as rapeseed oil additives were also examined with four-ball tester in the paper.Results indicate that all additives increased the load- carrying and antiwear capacities of the base oil.A protecting film which containing sulphur,phosphate and N-containing organic film on the worn steel surface lubricated with the additive-containing base oil were analyzed by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy(XPS).
