【摘要】 本文就陶瓷工业节能、减排中值得关注的几个课题作了阐述,它们分别是: (1)清洁燃煤技术和清洁能源,喷雾干燥塔和窑炉的尾气处理,白烟的治理和排放,尾气的除尘和"三脱处理"即脱硫、脱氟、脱有害氮氧化合物NO_x,以及余热的利用等; (2)陶瓷原料的综合利用和上釉红坯砖的推广应用,废泥和废瓷的循环利用和环保砖的开发; (3)瓷砖的薄型和轻质化、陶瓷薄板和陶质幕墙板的应用和推广; (4)连续式球磨和陶瓷干法制粉工艺的应用和推广(5)陶瓷矿物原料二次资源的循环利用技术;更多还原

【Abstract】 Some projects deserved to be pay attention about the energy-saving and emissions decreasing in the ceramics industry were expounded as following respectively. (1) Clean coal burning technology and clean energy,the treatment of tail gas from spray trying tower and kiln,white smoke controls and emission,tail gas dedusting and desulphurizing,defluorination,deoxynitride and excess heat recuperation etc. (2) Complex utilization of raw materials for ceramic,the application of glazed tiles with read body,the recycling of the waste mud and ceramics,the popularization of the environmental protection tile. (3) Thin and light weight tiles,the application and popularization of the ceramics sheet and curtain wall. (4) The application and popularization of continuous milling technology and powder preparation by drying method (5) The technology about recycling application of secondary mineral raw materials resources for ceramics.更多还原
