【摘要】 以松叶百合的鳞片和由鳞片再生植株的叶片为外植体,研究了不定芽诱导及植株再生的方法。结果表明:中部或内部鳞片基部再生频率较高,在MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L的培养基中分化率最高,为83.3%;再生植株叶片基部分化能力最强,在MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+ NAA0.1mg/L的培养基中再生频率达100%;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+ NAA0.3mg/L+0.5g/L活性炭。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experiment was carried out on the induction of adventitious buds and the plant regen- eration by using the scale and the leaves of regenerated plant as explants.The results indicated that basal part of middle or internal scale regeneration frequency was higher.The highest regeneration frequency was 83.3% in MS+ 6-BA1.0 mg/L+ NAA0.2mg/L;differentiation ability of regenerated plant basal part leaves was the highest,the differentiation frequency was 100% in MS+ 6-BA2.0 mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L;the best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+ NAA0.3mg/L+0.5g/L AC, respectively.更多还原
