高温胁迫下外源Ca2+对菊花叶片光合机构与活性氧清除酶系统的影响

【摘要】 以切花菊品种‘神马’为材料,研究了高温胁迫下外源Ca2+对菊花光合系统及活性氧清除酶系统的影响,探讨了Ca2+在高温下的作用及可能的作用机制。结果表明,高温胁迫下外源Ca2+抑制了净光合速率(Pn)、最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、实际量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)的大幅度降低,并使初始荧光(Fo)维持在较低的水平;Ca2+明显激活了高温胁迫下叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,降低了高温胁迫下膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累与相对电导率(REC)的增加,缓解了短期高温胁迫对菊花光合系统的破坏。

【Abstract】 Cut flower chrysanthemum ’ Jinba’ was used to study effects of exogenous Ca2+ on photosynthetic system and activ- ities of the antioxidant enzymes under high temperature stress.The result showed that,under high temperature stress,additions of Ca2+ distinctly restrained the decrease of net photosynthesis rate (Pn),photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm) and quantum yield of PSII electron transport (ΦPSⅡ),and preserved lower initial fluorescence (Fo) compared to control.Ca2+ addition significantly enhanced the activities of SOD,POD and CAT.In conclusion,addition of Ca2+ efficiently protected chrysanthemum leaves against the damage in photosynthetic apparatus suffered from short high temperature stress,and the ac- tive oxygen was scavenged by the enhanced antioxidant enzymes,and thus the membrane lipid peroxidization was significantly alleviated indicated by REC and MDA accumulation.
