黄连木茎段培养中腋芽诱导影响因素的研究

【摘要】 以黄连木茎段为外植体,研究了不同激素处理对腋芽诱导的影响,结果表明1/2DKW+6-BA1.0mg/L +NAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L培养基配方诱导效果最好,诱导成功率高达80%,芽长达1 cm,并能有效减轻褐变程度。

【Abstract】 Using the stem of Pistacia as the ex-plant,Study on the effects of different treatment on the induction of axillary bud,the results indicate:The optimal medium of Induced effects is 1/2DKW+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L, Induction success rate is 80%,the length of bud is 1cm,and can reduce the degree of browning.
