【Abstract】 The S8865 module,X-ray linear array detector from Japan Hamamatsu Corp.,is described.The module can be used in NDT,security and medicine X-ray imaging systems with the X-ray energy less than 120KeV and the special resolution less than 1mm.The method to control the module and a real detector system based on the module are also given.更多还原
