改进的单程分裂合并分割方法在双能CT欠采样方法中的应用

【摘要】 双能CT成像技术具有较高的检测精度和材料识别能力等特点,在医疗,工业等诸多领域发挥着重要的作用。但是由于双能CT成像系统对于探测器的质量和数目都要求较高,所以导致系统成本很高。一种基于CT图像的双能CT欠采样方法被提出,即仅利用少量几个探测器即可实现低成本,高质量的成像。此方法主要由4部分组成,其中一步即利用阈值分割法对已获得的CT图像进行图像分割寻找长度信息。本文在求解这一步骤时,为了得到更高的边缘检测精度,采用了改进的单程分裂合并分割方法。数值实验结果表明采用基于改进的单程分裂合并分割法的双能CT欠采样方法的相对误差低于1%,能够达到预期效果,相信这一工作将对双能CT欠采样成像技术早日投入实际应用产生积极意义。

【Abstract】 Dual energy CT radiography which has a high detection precision and robust material identification ability has played a significant role in medical and industrial applications.However,the high requirements of quality and amount of detectors lead to the high cost of system.A dual energy CT reconstruction method with reduced data based on the CT image has been proposed,that is,low cost and high quality image can be obtain by using only few detectors.This method mainly contains four steps.One of this steps is to segment the existent CT image by threshold segmentation method to find the length information.In this paper,in order to obtain higher edge detection precision,we used improved single-pass split-merge image segmentation to segment the CT image. Simulation experiments demonstrate that the method we proposed can give us expected results with relative error less than 1%.Believed this work will play a significant role to do a further step to let the technique of dual energy CT radiography into our real life.
