悬挂液压系统中新型管路防爆阀的可靠性设计
RELIABILITY DESIGN OF THE NEW EXPLOSION RELIEF VALVE WITH HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION SYSTEM

【摘要】 分析了悬挂液压系统管路中传统防爆阀的工作原理,针对此阀不能完全满足高速铁路建设工程中运梁车悬挂液压系统可靠性要求的实际情况,基于可靠性原理设计了双管路防爆阀,解决了载重9000kN运梁车悬挂液压系统潜在的软管爆裂故障,并在整车出厂试验中验证了新型防爆阀的可靠性。
【Abstract】 Has analyzed in the working principle of the traditional explosion-proof valve for the pipeline in hydraulic suspension system , the actual situation is that the explosion-proof valve cannot satisfy hydraulic suspension system reliability of the heavy-duty engineering vehicle for the high-speed railroad construction project, based on reliability theory,research on the explosion-proof valve with dual pipe line design, solved to that the hydraulic hosepipe of the 9000 kN heavy-duty engineering vehicle hydraulic suspension system bursted fault, validated the new explosion-proof valve’s reliability in the trial run.
